What to include
A useful note usually has three things:
- The browser you are using, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Whether the board is still in this browser, or only in a .corkboard export.
Your boards
Boards are saved in this browser only. Clearing site data for bigcorkboard.com removes them. Use File → Export workspace… to keep a backup. There is no account to delete. If you want a support email deleted, ask in your reply.
